1. Respect Other Players

Treat other members of the community with respect. Friendly competition and normal PvP/WoE banter are welcome, but excessive harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse are not permitted.

2. No Cheating or Third-Party Programs

Programs or modifications that provide an unfair gameplay advantage are strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cheat Engine
• Packet editors or packet manipulation
• Speed hacks
• Memory editing
• Automated gameplay or unauthorized bots
• Client modifications that reveal hidden players
• Modifications that imitate Maya Purple or similar detection effects
• Any software that bypasses intended server mechanics

Cosmetic client modifications may be permitted provided they do not provide a gameplay advantage.

3. No Exploiting Bugs

Players may not intentionally exploit bugs, NPC errors, map errors, item duplication, unintended reward loops, or other server mechanics to gain an advantage.

If you discover an exploit, report it to FaithRO staff instead of attempting to reproduce or distribute it.

4. No Duping or Item Manipulation

Duplicating items, Zeny, Poring Coins, cards, equipment, or any other server resource is strictly prohibited.

Knowingly possessing, distributing, or benefiting from duplicated items may also result in disciplinary action.

5. Account Security

Players are responsible for protecting their account information. Never share your password with other players.

FaithRO staff will never ask you for your account password.

6. Player Trading

Players are responsible for reviewing trades before accepting them. Attempts to scam, impersonate another player, misrepresent an item, or deliberately deceive another player during a transaction are prohibited.

7. Real-Money Trading

Selling or purchasing FaithRO accounts, characters, Zeny, Poring Coins, equipment, cards, or other in-game property for real-world money outside of officially authorized FaithRO systems is prohibited.

8. Multi-Clienting

Multiple clients may be used for legitimate gameplay unless a specific event, map, NPC, or server system states otherwise.

Multiple accounts may not be used to bypass account limits, daily limits, event restrictions, reward restrictions, or other anti-abuse systems.

9. PvP and War of Emperium

PvP and War of Emperium are competitive environments. Normal competition, rivalries, and strategic gameplay are expected.

Exploits, unauthorized programs, intentional bug abuse, or coordinated manipulation of ranking and reward systems are prohibited.

10. No Reward or Event Abuse

Players may not use alternate accounts, multiple characters, automation, or other methods to repeatedly claim rewards that are intended to have character, account, daily, weekly, or event limits.

This includes Poring Coin rewards, quests, events, rankings, MVP systems, and other server reward systems.

11. Character and Guild Names

Character, party, guild, and shop names must be appropriate. Names created to impersonate staff members or intentionally mislead other players are prohibited.

12. Staff Impersonation

Do not impersonate a Game Master, Administrator, or other member of the FaithRO staff.

Staff members will never request your password or ask you to transfer your items for verification.

13. Advertising

Advertising other Ragnarok Online servers, unauthorized services, real-money trading websites, cheats, bots, or similar services is not permitted.

14. Reporting Players

When reporting another player, provide as much evidence as possible, including screenshots, videos, character names, and an explanation of what occurred.

Knowingly submitting false or manipulated reports may result in disciplinary action.

15. Staff Decisions and Enforcement

FaithRO staff may investigate activity that appears to violate server rules or threaten the integrity of the server.

Penalties may include warnings, temporary suspensions, removal of illegitimate items or rewards, character penalties, or permanent account bans depending on the severity and circumstances.

Players may respectfully appeal a staff decision through the appropriate support channel.

16. Rules May Be Updated

FaithRO may update these rules as the server evolves. Major rule changes will be communicated through the website or official community channels.
